A great fantastic tool for retention marketing is regular email newsletters that incorporate promotions, special, offers, production offers and free valuable information.  There is no question that segmenting emails for specific customers and clients provides more value to the consumer whilst behavioural emails are proving very effective and a differentiator intodays market.  I can here you saying what is a behavioural email?  A good example of a behavioural ameil is when you have followed your customer on your website and noticed that they failed to purchase at the checkout process.  You can then send out an email to 'convince' them to purchase the product.
